Minced meat and pumpkin simmered in honey

Ingredients (Serves 4)
- pumpkin
300g
- Beef and pork mince
180g
- Salad oil
Appropriate amount
- water
200cc
- honey

- Liquor

- soy sauce

- Grated ginger

How to make it
1Remove the seeds and pulp from the pumpkin and cut into 4cm cubes.
2Heat Salad oil in a frying pan, add ground beef and pork and fry until crumbly.
3Add the pumpkin and (B) to step 2, bring to a boil, skim off the scum, cover with aluminum foil or parchment paper, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
