Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • pumpkin

    300g

  • Beef and pork mince

    180g

  • Salad oil

    Appropriate amount

  • water

    200cc

  • honey

    大さじ1

  • Liquor

    大さじ1

  • soy sauce

    大さじ1

  • Grated ginger

    1 teaspoon

How to make it

1Remove the seeds and pulp from the pumpkin and cut into 4cm cubes.

2Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add ground beef and pork and fry until crumbly.

3Add the pumpkin and (B) to step 2, bring to a boil, skim off the scum, cover with aluminum foil or parchment paper, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
