Simmered mackerel in miso sauce

Ingredients (for 2 people)
- mackerel
1 fish
- Water (combined seasoning)
300ml
- Miso (combined seasoning)
大さじ3
- Ginger Pickled in Honey Honey (Combined Condiment)
大さじ3
- Sake (combined seasoning)
大さじ1
- Soy sauce (combined seasoning)
大さじ1
- Mirin (combined seasoning)
大さじ1
- Ginger Pickled in Honey (combined seasoning)
4 to 5 sheets
How to make it
1Cut the mackerel in half and make cuts on the skin side.
Dip in boiling water, drain in a colander, and rinse with water to remove any slime or dirt on the surface.
2Use a pot large enough so that the mackerel do not overlap.<Combined seasoning>Add the ingredients and heat, then add the mackerel.
3Pour the broth over the mackerel and simmer over medium to high heat for about 15 minutes.
4Serve in a bowl and garnish with shishito peppers or other garnishes to finish.
