Ingredients (Serves 4-5)
- 1 bag of 17 17 Mixed Grains Including Milk Vetch Rice
Rice・・・2 cups
- Light soy sauce【A】・・・15cc
Liquor【A】・・・30cc
- sweet sake【A】・・・10cc
salt【A】・・・2g
- carrot

- Chicken thigh

- Shimeji mushrooms...1 pack
Shiitake mushrooms・・・2 to 3 pieces
- Fried tofu

- Seasoning (light soy sauce, mirin)
5cc each
- Dashi stock

How to make it
1Wash the rice and soak it in water for about 30 minutes. Thinly slice the carrots and fried tofu, and finely chop the chicken thighs. Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms and thinly slice them. Separate the shimeji mushrooms into small clusters.
2Combine the ingredients from step 1 in a bowl and sprinkle on the seasonings.
3Drain the rice in a colander and place it in the inner pot of the rice cooker.【A】Add the ingredients from step 2, and add stock up to the 2 cups mark. Place the ingredients from step 2 on top, flatten them out, and continue to cook. Once cooked, mix the whole thing roughly, serve in bowls, and garnish with kinome leaves.
