Fruit Juice Infused Honey pickles

Ingredients (for 2 people)
- Lemon & Honey
2 to 3 tablespoons
- Your favorite vegetables
Appropriate amount
- vinegar【A】
1/3 to 1/2 cup
- water【A】
1/2 cup
- salt【A】
1 teaspoon
How to make it
1In a pot【A】Add the ingredients and bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and let cool. Add Lemon & Honey and mix.
2Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in another pot and add salt (not included in the recipe). Quickly boil the vegetables that can be eaten raw, and boil the remaining vegetables until they still have a firm texture.
3While ② is still hot, place it in a storage jar that has been sterilized with boiling water, pour in ①, and leave in the refrigerator overnight to let the flavors blend.
