Millet and tomato soup

Ingredients (Serves 3-4)
- Seventeen grain rice with lotus rice
2 bags
- Ripe tomatoes
3 medium
- bacon
30g
- onion
1/2 piece
- Carrots and pumpkin (net)
60g each
- Mixed beans
50g
- broccoli
About 4 to 6 bunches
- Consommé soup
600cc
- Olive oil

- Honey to taste
1/2 teaspoon or more
How to make it
1Parboil 17 Mixed Grains Including Milk Vetch Rice beforehand.
2Roughly chop the tomatoes, and cut the bacon, onion, carrot, and pumpkin into 1.5cm cubes.
3Put the consommé soup, 1, and mixed beans in a pot and heat it. Once it boils, turn the heat to low and cook the vegetables. (At this point, if you are bothered by the sourness of the tomatoes, you can add honey.)
4Add 17 Mixed Grains Including Milk Vetch Rice 1) and lightly boiled broccoli to step 3 and cook briefly, then pour into a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
