Juicy chicken with manuka sauce

Ingredients (for 2 people)
- Chicken thigh
350g
- Shiitake mushroom
Two
- King oyster mushrooms
One
- Maitake and Shimeji mushrooms
1/2 pack each
- 1 tablespoon Salad oil
A little salt and pepper
- Shio Koji [A]

- Grated ginger [A]
2 teaspoons
- Grated garlic [A]
1 teaspoon
- Manuka Honey [Manuka sauce]
1 tablespoon or 3 sticks
- Soy sauce [Manuka sauce]
1 teaspoon
How to make it
1Remove excess fat from the chicken thighs and cut each one in half.
In a plastic bag【A】Mix together well and leave in the fridge for about an hour.
Cut the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.[Manuka sauce]Mix well.
2Heat Salad oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken skin side down.
Grill the mushrooms in between the pieces and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
3Once 2 is cooked, place in a serving dish.[Manuka sauce]Serve with sauce.
