  • Tofu (silken)

    150g

  • Kimchi

    40g

  • Shredded seaweed and chopped green onions

    Appropriate amount

  • White sesame

    Appropriate amount

  • Sudachi

    1/2 piece

  • Sesame oil [Manuka sauce]

  • Soy sauce [Manuka sauce]

    2 teaspoons

  • Manuka Honey [Manuka sauce]

    1.5 teaspoon

How to make it

1Drain the tofu.[Manuka sauce]Mix ingredients thoroughly.

2Place the tofu in a bowl, top with the kimchi, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds, green onions, and shredded seaweed.

3Squeeze some sudachi juice to taste.[Manuka sauce]Serve with sauce.
