Pear with honey Lemon & Honey compote
Ingredients (Serves 2-3)
- pear
1 piece
- Lemon & Honey
大さじ3
- water
300cc
How to make it
1Put the water, Lemon & Honey, and pear in a saucepan and place over medium heat, skimming off the scum.
2Reduce heat to low, cover with a paper lid and simmer for 15 minutes.
3Transfer to a heat-resistant container, let cool, then chill thoroughly in the refrigerator until done.
4Enjoy with yogurt or vanilla ice cream, if you like.
