Natto Soba (Recipe using Manuka Honey)

- Buckwheat
80g
- Natto (without sauce)
1 pack
- Soft-boiled eggs
1個
- Shredded Nori Laver
to taste
- Radish sprouts
to taste
- Small green onion
to taste
- Lemon slices, if available

- Mentsuyu (soup for noodles)
50㏄*
- Manuka Honey Dipping Sauce
1 teaspoon
- *Commercially available noodle soup (2x concentrated) diluted with water
How to make it
1Boil the soba noodles as directed, cool in cold water, and drain.
2Place the soba noodles in a bowl and top with natto, chopped seaweed, soft-boiled egg, radish sprouts, and chopped green onions.
3If available, garnish with slices of lemon and serve with mentsuyu and Manuka Honey.

Adjust the amount of Manuka Honey to your liking.
Manuka Honey does not mix well with noodle dipping sauce, so let's add it on top instead of mixing.
You can make it delicious even with udon.
