Natto soba noodles served with Manuka Honey

- Natto (without sauce)

- Soft-boiled eggs

- Shredded Nori Laver

- Mentsuyu (soup for noodles)

- Manuka Honey [soup]
1 teaspoon
- *Commercially available noodle soup (2x concentrated) diluted with water
How to make it
1Boil the soba noodles as directed, cool in cold water, and drain.
2Place the soba noodles in a bowl and top with natto, chopped seaweed, soft-boiled egg, radish sprouts, and chopped green onions.
3If available, garnish with slices of lemon and serve with mentsuyu and Manuka Honey.

・Adjust the amount of Manuka Honey to your liking.
-Manuka Honey does not mix easily with the noodle soup, so add it afterwards without mixing it.
・It can also be made delicious with udon.
