  • 100g each of Chinese cabbage and carrots

    50g apples

  • 2 radishes

    1 cucumber

  • White sesame and chili threads

    a little

  • Water [Pickling sauce]

    300cc

  • Apple Vinegar [pickling sauce]

    1 teaspoon

  • Garlic powder [marinade]

    1/2 teaspoon

  • Shio-koji (pickling sauce)

How to make it
