Ingredients (Serves 2-3)

  • egg

    1 piece

  • honey

    大さじ2

  • milk

    50cc

  • cake flour

    90g

  • baking powder

    1 teaspoon

  • Aojiru (Enzyme Green Juice with Honey)

    2 bags

  • Salad oil

    大さじ1

How to make it

Crack the eggs into a bowl, mix with the honey, add the milk and mix.

Sift the flour, baking powder, and green juice into 1 in that order and mix, then add the salad oil and mix.

Pour 2 into the silicone cup until it is about halfway to 7/10th full.

Place 4 or 5 layers of cooking paper in a frying pan, line the silicone cups, add water to a height of about 1.5 cm, and heat over medium heat. *If you don't have cooking paper, you can use a dish towel instead.

Once it starts to boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

If you stick a bamboo skewer into it and no dough sticks, it's done.
