Pumpkin Gratin
recipe
Ingredients (for 2 people)
- Pumpkin
1 large (1.7kg)
- onion
1/2 to 1 piece
- shrimp
4 tails
- honey
2 to 3 tablespoons
- salt
1 1/2 teaspoons
- Pepper
1/2 teaspoon
- olive oil
2 teaspoons
- White sauce (can)
1 can (280g)
- soup
1/2 cup
How to make it
1Wash the pumpkin with water and wrap it in plastic wrap.
Heat in the microwave until warm (600W for about 10 to 15 minutes).
2Shred the onion and cut the shrimp into bite-sized pieces. Fry in olive oil until soft, then add honey, salt and pepper, the canned white sauce and soup and mix well.
3Once the pumpkin in step ① has cooled, cut the stem side into about 1/4 of its length, remove the seeds with a spoon or similar, remove about half the thickness of the pumpkin, cut into bite-sized pieces and mix with step ②.
4Place the pumpkin on a heat-resistant plate, pour back the mixed mixture from step 3, and bake in a 250°C oven for about 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
