Sukiyaki

- Beef slices (for sukiyaki)

- soy sauce【A】
1/2 cup
- beef tallow

- sweet sake【A】
1/2 cup
- honey【A】
1 to 2 tablespoons
- egg

- Kelp (5cm square)【A】

How to make it
1【A】Put all the ingredients in a pot and heat over medium heat. Once boiling, turn off the heat and remove the kelp.
2Heat a sukiyaki pot and fry the beef fat over low heat until the fat starts to ooze out.
Add a suitable amount of the sauce from step 1. Spread about half the beef over the mixture, then add your desired ingredients one by one and simmer.
3If you like, you can add beaten egg to the bowl and mix it together before eating.
