Plum extract is a precious product, as only about 20g can be produced from 1kg of green plums.

Recommended usage:
A suggested daily intake is about one teaspoon.
You can dissolve about a teaspoon in hot water and enjoy it as a drink, or mix it into yogurt or spread it on bread for a delicious taste.
