Notice of delivery delays and suspension of parcel acceptance in Niigata Prefecture due to heavy snowfall

Thank you very much for your continued use of SUGI BEE GARDEN.
Due to the heavy snowfall that has recently hit a wide area, mainly along the Japan Sea coast, traffic restrictions on the Hokuriku Expressway and National Route 8, as well as flight cancellations, have continued, making deliveries within Niigata Prefecture difficult. As a result, all deliveries within Niigata Prefecture are experiencing delays of several days.

There may be delays in the arrival of your package. Even if you have specified a desired delivery date and time, we may not be able to deliver it at the specified time. We apologize for any inconvenience and concern this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding.
